A few weeks back, we got our first look at the Jeep Trailcat concept, a one-off model for the Moab Easter Safari. Since this is a prototype, we imagined we'd never see it in action, let alone see it make it to production. While the latter is still a firm "no," The Fast Lane Car did get a chance to drive it at the Jeep brand event.

What's it like to pilot a 707 horsepower, lifted Jeep model in the off-road? The video above showcases just what the model can do. While there's no 200 miles per hour racing to be had (the course was a wee bit too treacherous), we do get some insight into why the brand made this prototype. There are quite a few reasons, but the main one was to put a smile on our faces. Judging by the reactions, it has succeeded.
